I have been working as a third grade teacher for 3 years, and in the education field for over a decade. I am a mother of two young ladies who attend this district. I absolutely love mental math and appreciate a good book recommendation.

Finnegan is new to the job but takes it very seriously. He enjoys long walks, even after a hard day, and expects treats for the simplest of tasks.

Finnegan loves PE and Lunch but will also support in Recess.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many kids are in our class this year?

We have 23 students learning this year!

If my child is absent, Where can they find possible work to catch up on?

You can always check in our google classroom to see if there are any assignments from the day.

However, if you're absent for being unwell, rest! We want you back at your best, and we will get you caught up!

What can I do to support the work you’re doing in the classroom?

Ask them how their day was! This is a great way to see if they will openly share something they learned that was fun/easy, or maybe that "Math was hard today".
Let the conversation unfold! Let them share and talk.

Bonus if you are reading nightly and practicing math facts!

What’s your perspective on homework?

I am a mom of two students in our district and we have so many extra-curriculars!
I know nights are busy and family time is so important!

As long as we are hard at work in school, I will keep the hard work in school!

However, I'm always excited to hear about any good books being read at bedtime!
